Support options:

Your key account manager will help you decide and select which options you require, depending on how much contact you wish to have with Europe and China.

Once our relationship is up and running, we send all contact details of the people appointed to you. It is very important that you know exactly who has been appointed.

We have a detailed procedure, which can be followed in total or in parts. Timing and quick response are of vital importance for an efficient cooperation. The procedure depends upon the agreed services we will provide, so the key to success is finding the perfect service level.

THE PROCEDURES AND STEPS IN OUR COOPERATION
 
1. Start up samples / protosamples
The first sample we call a protosample. A protosample is based on your/our design. Under normal circumstances this will take from 2-4 weeks to produce, but if we have leather and accessories ready for use, we can do it in 1-2 weeks. At this stage it would be a great advantage, if you have tags, labels or accessories available to be used for sampling.
 
2. Approving protosamples
When you receive the final protosample, you have to react very fast and send us your written approval/comments regarding the quality, style and workmanship. Our factory and we are in close contact during this period, and avoiding delays are very important to keep the deadlines. (Sealdates)
 
3. Sales samples /size set samples/photo samples
At this stage we can speed up production of sales man samples and size set samples, but we need your approvals during this process. For customers, who need photosamples, this is possible.
 
4. (Pre-) Production samples/shipment samples
When you place the order we need your written adjustments/comments to the final sample, which we call the pre-production sample. 
 
It is extremely important, that we receive from you written comments/approvements on the production sample, as soon as you have these. The factories will not start the production before this is done. This is the last chance for making changes of making the final product. If the final production sample and actual production is matching, we do not accept product quality complaints.
 
You will recieve a shipment sample from the bulk if needed and requested.
 
5. Delivery time
Our normal production time will be 6-8 weeks and in case that we already have rawmaterial in the right colours it can be reduced to 4-6 weeks. If it is possible and you can place order out of peak season, this can also reduce the delivery time. 
 
Depending on your selection of transport, we can find solutions with sea (4 weeks), with flight (2 weeks) or combination of these. It is up to you and you can just use your own forwarder if you like. 
 
6. Sample charge
Our normal procedure is that all samples will be charged and our factories will be payed for the samples produced. If you choose to let sample cost be a part of the final price, you just have to tell us. 
 
7. Terms of payment
Our terms of payment can vary a lot and we are very flexible. You can choose to pay L/C, T/T and on credit.
 
8. Terms of delivery / services
We can offer you to buy CAD, duty paid, transported to your adress and even processed and hanged on hangers. It is totally up to you to choose.
 
 The only demand from us is that we make a written confirmation of our trade conditions from the very begining.
