Being a supplier to Auluna Leather Company gives you a lot of benefits and challenges in several ways. As a part of the fashion industry you and we have to accept, that we need to improve every single day.
This means that we always has to evaluate our performance and to focus on the customers need. In the fashion industry this oblige us to innovate and make continous improvements.
You have to be aware that Auluna Leather Company besides having own products mainly act as outsourcing partner to a wide rage of different customers. See catagories in section Costumers.

In our Supplier Management System you can be appointed as one of 3 catagories of supplier.
Catagory 1 - Preferred Partner
Factories with whom we have had a very close cooperation for many years.
Factories in this catagory will always get access to our knowledge database and will benefit from our volume orders.
We only operate with a very limited base of supplers identified as preferred partners
Catagory 2 - Long Term Supplier
Factories close to be ranked as Preferred Partner.
We still need some improvements in systems, qualities and people. We have been operating with these suppliers in several seasons.
Partners can benefit from a wide range of services from our site.
Catagory 3 - Upcoming Factory
New factories and factories with no potentials to become partners will be placed in this catagory. We do only have limited numbers in this catagory as the philosophy is either to improve or stop the cooperation.
All evaluations are based on performance in Management, Sampling, Inspiration, Productionperformance/Capacity, Delivery performance and IT/Communication.

At the moment we are interested to hear from factories, which already complies with BSCI or SA 8000 standards and have been audited by an independent third party. We closely follow the guidelines in Ethical Trade Initiatives (ETI) in the UK and this will also expand your possibilities to be a supplier for Auluna.
